Our advanced weight-loss track will require 10 weeks of commitment, made up of various weekly classes that focus on different aspects of your weight loss and overall health. The program is outlined as follows:

  • Week 2: Creating and solidifying healthy habits
  • Week 3: All you need to know about macronutrients
  • Week 4: All you need to know about micronutrients
  • Week 5: Checking in with your journey
  • Week 6: Everything related to meal-prepping
  • Week 7: A deep-dive into fitness and physical activity
  • Week 8: The importance of social support
  • Week 9: How to handle pitfalls and inconsistency
  • Week 10: Meal-planning and grocery shopping

Choose 1-on-1 nutrition coaching sessions

An alternative choice for many serious about their weight-loss journey is being appointed a dietitian who will privately guide you through the program. The program will be completely personalized to you and your needs and you will have exclusive access to your coach. This program: 

  • Helps people navigate the hurdles of weight loss 
  • Helps individuals understand obesity as a disease
