Elaine D’Angela, MSN, NP-C, earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing as an Adult Practitioner from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. As an RN, she worked in the Medical Intensive Care Unit for five years. Prior to joining the Denver Center for Weight Loss and Bariatric Surgery, she specialized in Internal Medicine.
Elaine went into nursing dedicated to helping people improve their health and quality of life. During her career, she realized connecting with patients and supporting them through life-changing events was extremely fulfilling and is what she loves about working in bariatrics. The results of bariatric surgery benefit our patients in every aspect of their lives, and she finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of their journey as they achieve their desired health goals.
Outside of the office, Elaine enjoys rock climbing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
